Delivery Status Sync Help
Getting Started
To use any of these options, you’ll need to create an account here. Fill out the form completely, check the box to agree to our Terms of Service, and click Register. In the next 5 to 10 minutes you should receive an email with a confirmation link. Click the link in the email to confirm your account. Some email accounts may have problems with the link—if it’s broken, just click here and enter the code in the email. If you don’t receive the email, you can fill out the form again to have it re-sent.
Setting up Delivery Status touch
Our sync services require Delivery Status touch 3.0 or later, available on the App Store. Open Delivery Status touch and tap the button to open the settings. Then tap Sync. Enter your email address and the password you used when you created your account. Tap the Save button when you’re done.
Once you’ve logged in successfully, syncing will happen automatically in the future. When you add a new delivery on our web site or in our Mac widget, the delivery will appear the next time Delivery Status is updated. You can tap the “Updated…” text to update immediately.
Setting up Delivery Status for Mac
You’ll need Delivery Status 5.0 or later installed on your Mac. Open Dashboard and click the button to flip the widget over. Click the “Sync” tab. Enter your email address and the password you used when you created your account. Click “Sign In”. Your deliveries will be synced immediately.

When you add a new delivery on your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, or on our web site, the delivery will appear the next time Delivery Status is updated. You can click the “Updated…” text to update immediately.
Adding deliveries from your web browser
You can add deliveries using most web browsers. Safari 3, Firefox 3, or Internet Explorer 6 or later is recommended. Just visit our Junecloud Sync site and log in. Fill out the “Add a new delivery” form, and click the “Add” button.
Grab deliveries directly from your web browser
This is a great way to add deliveries without typing. Safari 3, Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 6 or later is recommended. You can even use it on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. Just follow the instructions here to create a special bookmarklet.
