Why doesn't Royal Mail show my tracking information?
Unfortunately, due to changes with Royal Mail, it’s no longer possible to show their tracking information in the app. This applies to all third-party apps. There’s a petition available if you’d like to let Royal Mail know you’re disappointed by this change.
