Help us improve Amazon support in Delivery Status

Here are some specific things we’re looking for right now

This text will be in a different language for the other Amazon stores, but if the information itself appears on your order, we could use your help. Just follow the instructions below.


“Not Yet Shipped” notice for Amazon.es and Amazon.co.jp


“Shipment Date” and “Estimated Arrival” for Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de

How you can help

  • If you have the Mac Dashboard widget displaying your order, click the delivery.
  • OR if you’re not using the widget, log in to Amazon and click “Your Account” in the top-right corner. Click “Go” next to the “View by Order” menu and locate your order. Next to the order, click the “View order” or “View or change order” button.
  • You should now be viewing the Order Summary page on Amazon.
  • In Safari, choose “Save As” from the File menu, and make sure the Format is set to “Page Source”
  • OR in Firefox, choose “Save Page As” from the File menu. Make sure the Save As menu is set to “Web Page, HTML only”.
  • Click Save.
  • If you see a yellow “Track your package” button, click it, and save the source of that page as well.
  • If the pages include any details you don’t want to send us, use a text editor (like TextWrangler, free) to search for the text you want to remove and replace it with the word REMOVED. Try not to alter the HTML in any way.

If you’d prefer not to do all that

Just take a screenshot of the same Order Summary page and obscure any details you don’t want us to see. Then email it to us. This isn’t quite as helpful as seeing the actual HTML, but it may be enough to help us figure out the problem.
