What should I do if the app is stuck "updating"?

In most cases this problem should be fixed by installing Deliveries 9.2.1. If you continue to have problems, try the steps below.

On a Mac

  • If Deliveries is open, open the “Deliveries” menu and choose “Quit Deliveries”.
  • In Finder, open the “Go” menu and choose “Go to Folder…”
  • Enter this path: ~/Library/Group Containers/PB4R74AA4J.com.junecloud.Deliveries/
  • Click “Go”
  • You’ll see multiple files that start with “Deliveries” and have an extension of “sqlite”, “sqlite-shm”, or “sqlite-wal”. Move all of them to the trash. (It’s also fine if you just want to move everything in that folder to the trash.)
  • Restart your Mac
  • Open Deliveries again

On an iPhone or iPad
