I bought the app before the change to subscriptions, why can I no longer add deliveries?

For those who purchased Deliveries before subscriptions were available, most of the features from earlier versions are included without a subscription—and that includes adding new deliveries. However there’s a bug in the current version of the app that’s preventing this from working correctly.

While we work on a fix for this problem, we’ve extended complimentary subscriptions for anyone affected. In order to extend your complimentary subscription, you may need to restore purchases in the app.

In Deliveries for iOS:

  • Open the Deliveries app
  • Tap the settings button
  • Tap Subscription
  • Tap “Restore Purchases”

In Deliveries for Mac:

  • Open the Deliveries app
  • Open the Deliveries menu and choose “Subscription…”
  • Click “Restore Purchases”
