How to find your Device ID for help with subscriptions

If you have a problem with your subscription in Deliveries, your Device ID allows us to look up some information about your purchases. Here’s how to find it so you can share it with us.

If you’re using Deliveries for iOS:

  • Tap and hold the settings button—this should open the Settings screen with some additional options
  • Tap Logs
  • Tap the “Copy Device Info” button at the bottom
  • Paste your device info into a message to us

If you’re using Deliveries for Mac:

  • Open the Deliveries app
  • Hold the option (or alt) key on your keyboard, open the Deliveries menu, and choose “Preferences…”
  • Click Logs
  • Click the “Copy Device Info” button at the bottom
  • Paste your device info into a message to us
