Why does my "Amazon - by tracking link" shipment show "not found"?
Amazon recently started requiring customers to sign in to track these shipments. You may see a “not found” error if you’re not signed in.
With our latest service update installed, you will be asked to sign in when it’s necessary, though this won’t take effect until the shipment is refreshed, or a new shipment is added. In the meantime, you can also sign in manually if you follow these steps:
- Select a shipment.
- On iOS, rest your finger on the “…” button until the menu appears. On a Mac, hold the option (or alt) key on your keyboard and click the “…” button.
- Choose “Sign In”.
- Complete the sign in process and make sure to check the “keep me signed in” box when you enter your password. Note: when you track a shipment using “Amazon - by tracking link”, you do not need to sign in to the same account that placed the order.
- Use the “Done” button to dismiss the sign in view.
If you’ve never signed in to your account through Deliveries before, you may need to sign in a second time before the “keep me signed in” option sticks.
