Why is Amazon asking me to sign in frequently?

In most cases, after you sign in once or twice, Amazon will keep you signed in for an extended period of time. Here are some troubleshooting tips if you’re still having problems:

  • Make sure you have Deliveries 8.0.7 or later for iOS, or Deliveries 3.0.7 or later for Mac. These updates include important fixes.
  • On an iPhone or iPad, iOS 11 or later is recommended. On a Mac, macOS High Sierra (10.13) or later is recommended. These updates include improvements that allow Deliveries to work more reliably.
  • When you sign in to Amazon, you should see a “keep me signed in” checkbox below the sign in form. Make sure this is checked.
  • If you’re tracking shipments from more than one account, we recommend signing in to your main account in Deliveries. Use the “Amazon - by tracking link” option to track shipments from other accounts.
