If you created a Junecloud sync account, you can download or delete your Junecloud sync data at any time. If you have used iCloud sync in Deliveries, you can download or delete your iCloud sync data at any time. Junecloud does not have access to data in your iCloud account.
Your data is always sent over a secure HTTPS connection.
Information about your purchases is automatically sent to our servers to verify your subscription status. This information is anonymized and does not include personal information like your name or payment method. Your purchases are linked to an anonymous identifier that is shared between devices that use the same combination of app and iCloud account. If you use an optional Junecloud sync account, your purchases will be linked to that account, and the email address associated with it. If you use the contact form in our app, you can optionally send information that allows us to look up your purchases.
If you create an optional Junecloud sync account, the name you provide will be linked to that account, if you choose to give one. If you use our contact form, the name you provide will be linked to those messages.
If you create an optional Junecloud sync account, the email address you provide will be linked to that account. If you use our contact form, your email address will be linked to those messages.
If you create an optional Junecloud sync account and use our Mail to Deliveries service, the email messages you send to the service will be linked to your Junecloud sync account. Your messages are used for this service and for diagnostic purposes to improve the service. These messages are stored for up to ten days and then deleted, though they may be present in backups for longer.
If you choose to save a password, it will be saved securely on your device, in the keychain, where other passwords are stored. If you create a Junecloud account, a password hash will be stored on our servers using an industry standard hashing algorithm. If you enter passwords for other services in Deliveries, they are not sent to our servers.
When you enter a package tracking number, order number, or other data related to a shipment, it will be used to look up information about that shipment. For some services this information is sent directly from your device to the service you select. For other services this information is sent to Junecloud in order to look up information about your shipment. Requests sent to Junecloud include an identifier specific to your device as well as your IP address. That information is logged separate from any tracking information included in the request.
If you enter an optional item name, it will not be included with these requests. However, if you use an optional Junecloud sync account, your information will be linked to that account, including any item names you enter.
For some services your package tracking information is sent to Junecloud in order to look up information about your shipment. In those cases your IP address is logged separate from any tracking information included in the request. If you use an optional Junecloud sync account, your IP address will be linked to that account and certain actions you take regarding that account. Your IP address is also linked to other requests when you access junecloud.com using a web browser, or when you use the Help section in our apps.
In you choose to send a crash report it will not be linked to you. In certain cases crash reports may contain limited personal information like a user name.
If you use the contact form in our app, you can optionally send information about your device for diagnostic purposes. That information will be linked to your email address. If you send diagnostic logs so we can help with a problem, that information will be linked with your email address.
