Junecloud Problems

You may have noticed that Junecloud was unavailable for most of the day Friday (November 6th) and part of the day Saturday. Everything should be back to normal now. We are very sorry for the problems and we hope they didn’t cause too much frustration.

As a result of this outage, Delivery Status sync was not working. If you have any deliveries that did not sync you will need to edit them (no need to change anything) and re-save them. If you have many deliveries that have not synced it may be easier to open the sync settings, log out, and then log back in—this will re-sync everything.

The cause of the outage is still not entirely clear to us. Our sites are hosted by DreamHost who we’ve been fairly happy with in the past. You can read their brief explanation of the problem here. We understand that problems can arise, but the time to resolve this issue was unacceptable.

We are working on moving our site to a host better known for their reliability. We are also taking steps to ensure that if a major problem like this happens again, we’ll be able to get back up and running much more quickly—even if our hosting company lets us down.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
