Delivery Status for Mac 5.2.2 beta 5

New in beta 1:

  • There is an issue with TNT Post Netherlands that causes it to occasionally show results in the wrong language. This update does not completely solve that problem, but it should happen much less often.

New in beta 2:

  • Tooltips are hopefully a little less annoying. There’s a bug in Dashboard where they can sometimes appear when Dashboard is closed. This should happen less often now.
  • Adding an “Other” item from the history will now include the date.

New in beta 3:

  • Fixed a bug where very long push notifications would not go through.

New in beta 4:

  • Fixed a problem with Safari 5 installed where pressing Return or Enter while editing a delivery would not activate the Done button.
  • The history will now keep a minimum of 25 items, even if they’re older than 30 days. This way the widget will show at least as much history as Delivery Status touch.

New in beta 5:

  • Improved results for City Link.
  • There is now a hidden setting to disable the tooltips that show additional delivery details. Just enter this in Terminal on one line, then press return:
    defaults write widget-com.mikepiontek.widget.deliverystatus disabletooltips 1; killall Dock;
    To turn the tooltips back on, enter:
    defaults delete widget-com.mikepiontek.widget.deliverystatus disabletooltips; killall Dock;

Same problem as 5.2.1. Can no longer paste tracking numbers in that field. That negates the usefulness of this widget.
