Why doesn't the “Placeholder” option show my tracking details?

Placeholders are different from services we have direct support for. (In earlier versions of our app, the “Placeholder” option was labeled “Other”.) They’re a way to manually keep track of packages from other services, so you can have all your shipments in one place. If you enter a date then Deliveries will count down to that delivery date for you. If you enter a web site, you’ll be able to tap “View Online” to open the web site and manually check the status.
